All Gates Will Be Open & Available

Parking:

Will Be Available In The Next Field

Disabled Parking Available Within The Parking Field

Taxis:

We Will Have A Manned Taxi Rank Within The Parking Field,

Please Use Taxis / Walk Or Share Vehicles Where Possible To Save Village Congestion

Please Use the Bins Provided To Keep The Site Tidy

Security Will be Patrolling The Site. If You Require Assistance Or Get Lost – The Lost & Found Point Is The Main Gate / First Aid

First Aid Is Also Located At The Main Gate

Toilets Are Located In The Middle Of The Site

Prohibited items are:

- - Alcohol
  - Drugs
  - Hi vis clothing with text on eg security, event staff etc
  - Dogs – Please note no dogs are permitted onsite

Stalls:

We have allocated pitches for everyone’s needs starting from £20 per 3×3 meter pitch, (£15 for concessions)

So we invite you to bring as much or as little as you want eg gazebos, tables, chairs, banners etc.

Pitch Sizes:

Concession: 3×3 Meters: £15.00 | 3×6 Meters: £25.00

Company: 3×3 Meters: £20.00 | 3×6 Meters: £30.00

Cars:

We invite all car enthusiasts to bring along your pride and joy from classics to modern cars, this is free to join.

Advertise With Us:

Banners: £40.00

We have room for banners onsite any size

LED Screen: £50.00
